Terms of Service

Updated 25 September 2026

In short

Who we are

The workshop is sold and run by DesignAnswers Oy (business ID 3605274-2), Helsinki, Finland. It is co-hosted by Antonija Pek and Vitali Gusatinsky. You can reach us at hi@agenticdesign.cc.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website agenticdesign.cc, the waitlist, and tickets for "Agentic design, put into practice", a hands-on, 4-hour introductory workshop at Kulttuuritalo, Helsinki, for up to 20 participants.

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not reserve a seat or oblige you to buy anything.

Custom training for a company or team is agreed case by case in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Booking

You book by paying for a ticket through our checkout. The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is accepted and we send you a confirmation email. Seats are limited and are allocated in the order payments are completed.

Please give accurate details. Each ticket is for one named participant. If you book for someone else, make sure they have read these terms.

What your ticket includes

Your ticket includes the workshop, a sandwich, coffee, tea and water. We ask about dietary preferences when you book so we can cater for you.

We are planning for November 2026. We will confirm the date, time and exact location before tickets go on sale.

Prices, VAT and invoices

Tickets are not on sale yet. We will publish prices and VAT details before bookings open, and show the full amount at checkout before you pay.

If you buy for a company, you can enter the company name and VAT ID at checkout, and we will send you a VAT invoice or receipt.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. You can pay by card or any other method shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms also apply to the payment.

Your right to cancel

The workshop takes place on a set date with a limited number of seats. Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (chapter 6, section 16) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (article 16(l)), the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. Instead, our own cancellation policy applies to everyone who buys a ticket:

To cancel, email hi@agenticdesign.cc from the address you booked with. The time we receive your email counts. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Sending someone in your place

You can transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend at no cost, at any time before the workshop starts. Just email us their name and email address. They take over your booking on these terms. Please don't resell tickets for more than you paid.

If we need to change or cancel

We may need to change the date, time or venue, for example if a host falls ill or the room becomes unavailable. If we do, we will tell you as early as we can. If the new arrangement doesn't work for you, you can choose a full refund.

If we cancel the workshop, we refund the full ticket price within 14 days. We can't cover travel or accommodation you booked yourself, so please choose flexible options where you can.

We may make small changes to the programme or exercises to keep the content current. The workshop will stay substantially as described.

On the day

Please arrive on time. We can't guarantee you'll catch up on anything you miss if you arrive late or leave early.

We want the room to be a good place to learn for everyone. Be respectful to other participants, the hosts and venue staff. We may ask anyone who harasses others, disrupts the workshop or puts people at risk to leave, without a refund.

Follow the venue's safety instructions. You are responsible for your own belongings, including your laptop.

Accessibility

If you have access needs or need adjustments to take part, tell us when you book or email us. We will do our best to accommodate you and tell you honestly what the venue can and cannot offer.

Tools and accounts you need

You will work on your own laptop. You need your own GitHub account and a paid subscription to Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT). We'll send setup instructions before the workshop.

These services are not part of your ticket and we don't sell them. Their providers' terms, privacy policies and fees apply, and you are responsible for your accounts, costs and what you share with those tools. Don't put confidential work material into them unless your employer allows it.

What you make and our materials

Everything you create during the workshop is yours.

Our slides, exercises, prompts, templates and other materials remain ours. You may use them for your own learning and work. Please don't resell or republish them, or use them to run your own training, without our written permission.

Photos and filming

We may take photos or short videos at the workshop to show what it is like. We will tell you beforehand, and you can opt out when you book or on the day with a simple visible marker. We will ask before featuring anyone recognisably in a close-up. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Please ask other participants before you photograph or record them.

Our responsibility

We run the workshop with care and skill. If something goes wrong because of us, tell us and we will try to put it right.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income, or for the results of your own use of AI tools after the workshop. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for personal injury, or any consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as serious illness, strikes, severe weather, official restrictions or venue closure. If the workshop cannot go ahead for such a reason, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.

Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy, please email us first. We aim to reply within 14 days and to find a fair solution together.

If we can't agree, consumers can get free advice from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's consumer advisory services and take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Finland can help.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law, and disputes are handled by the Helsinki District Court. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a case in the district court where you live, and you keep any mandatory protection given by the law of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when booking opens. The version shown when you bought your ticket applies to your booking. The date of the latest update is at the top of this page.
